H.H. Barnum Earns Top Workplace Designation Second Year in a Row

(Brighton, MI) — H. H. Barnum has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Detroit Free Press.  

This follows the company’s inclusion on the previous year’s list of top places to work both regionally and nationally.

Only 81 midsized organizations in Michigan made the list, and of those 81 companies Barnum was ranked number 2. Barnum also received 11 out of 12 Top Workplace culture badges, indicating a rank in the top 25% of companies for each culture driver, including top 5% of companies for both supportive managers and employee appreciation.

“After all these years, it still feels like a family,” says Ed Koza, CEO of H.H. Barnum Company, which was founded in 1946.
