Unlike previous versions that required PocketCoder software for setup, this new sensor is fully programmable over IO-Link, allowing configuration directly through your PLC and HMI.

The upgraded sensor features enhanced processing power and onboard storage capable of holding up to 15 material configurations. Contrinex also offers more than 25 preconfigured material profiles for common materials including:
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum
- Galvanized steel
- Various steel thicknesses
Additional material configurations can be added as new applications are developed.
