90-ZQ, Compact Vacuum Ejector Unit

Vacuum Generator series 90-ZQ is designed for high speed break response handling applications.  The 90-ZQ series can be used as a stand alone generator, or as part of a vacuum pump system. 90-ZQ is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.

  • Body width: 10mm
  • Light weight: 109g (single unit with vacuum pressure switch and suction filter)
  • Equipped with digital vacuum pressure switch with LED display
  • Optional check valve available
