90/91-CDG1, Air Cylinder, Double Acting, Single Rod

Air cylinder series 90-CDG1 and 91-CDG1 has 5 bore sizes and can meet secondary battery manufacturing needs. 90-CDG1 is made from materials campatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-CDG1 includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. 7 mounting options are available. Auto switch capable.

  • Available strokes: 25mm to 1500mm depending on bore size
