10/11/21/22-C(D)G1, Air Cylinder, Double Acting Single Rod, Clean Room

SMC's CG1 clean room precision air cylinder has 8 bore sizes, and can meet any application need. Series 10/11-C(D)G1, available for clean environment, prevent particle generation in a clean room. Series 21/22-C(D)G1 offers the same structure as the clean series, and are for the environment in which the use of copper, fluorine and silicon are restricted. The CG1 clean series is auto switch capable.

  • Double acting single rod
  • Bore sizes (mm): 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100
  • Strokes from 20mm through 300mm depending on bore size
  • Mounts: basic, axial foot, rod side or head side flange
